Working with policy makers

The policy process is about decision makers having confidence that their choices have been well informed and are defensible to both analysts and the stakeholders — those who affect and are affected by their decisions. This is often a multistep activity, from clarifying the key outcomes and information needs to consolidating the evidence in order to make either a conditional or unconditional decision. A conditional decision requires an additional set of activities: identifying what sort of information would be required for an unconditional decision, where that information should come from, and how it should be analyzed. Requisite Consulting is experienced in all steps required to support confident, optimally informed policy.
